Arrival Confirmation (Outbound Students)

It is essential that all students travelling on year abroad submit this short form to enable the university to know where you are. This is for your safety. If you do not submit this form within the required timescales then we will be contacting your host university/organisation and if you still do not get in touch, we may be forced to contact your emergency contact. Please, just submit the form!

 

You will need to be signed in to the Warwick website to complete this form.  If you cannot sign in, please email us to confirm your arrival at: studyabroad@warwick.ac.uk.

Before you leave for your placement, please inform us of your expected start date of placement and select 'No, I am informing you of my expected start date' in the drop-down box below.  If your plans change, please submit a new form.

Within 24 hours of starting your placement, please complete this form again.  This time, select 'Yes, I have started' in the drop-down box below.

You will be required to submit this form at the beginning of each placement.

If you are on a full year placement, you will be required to submit this form again at the start of the second semester.

Remember to also update your contact details in Student Records Online.

If you are no longer going on a study/work placement overseas, please select the relevant option in the drop-down lists below.  (If you have not already done so, you must ensure that you discuss this with the Academic Study Abroad Coordinator in your Warwick academic department.  You will also need to inform your host institution.)


 

If you will be attending an in-person orientation/welcome programme or language course at your host university before the start of term, please state the start date of that programme.
