Turing Scheme Application Form (Short Term Mobility)

Please complete and submit the following form once you have your 1) Arrival Form, 2) Grant Agreement Form completed and signed, 3) Proof of placement, 4) Proof of travel booking/accommodation and 5) IF RELEVANT, evidence of eligibility for additional criteria payment uplift. Turing funding is only available to these students undertaking a placement in their host country with a duration of 28 days+.

  • Deadlines for 2024 applications are :- 6 May, 10 June (final deadline for finalists - non finalists can also apply), 22 July (non finalists only).
  • Students can apply for funding for 4 week+ placements.
  • You shall be contacted within 4 weeks following the submission deadline with an update on progress of your application. Please ensure that you have uploaded your bank details. Instructions are on the main website.

You only need to submit the form once.
