Our colleagues in academic departments may be able to provisionally sign your learning agreement, only after you have received your offer.

Learning agreements should be sent to the Undergraduate Office / Postgraduate Office (depending on your level of study at Warwick) of the academic department in which you will be based. You can find your level of study and base department on your offer email. Module choices are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, therefore learning agreements can only be signed provisionally prior to enrolment.

If you have queries about a specific module, those should be addressed to the relevant academic department.

Upon arrival, if you need to upload any other attendance forms, except learning agreements, please do so here: Inbound Attendance Forms, and allow a few days for us to complete and return them to you by email. Colleagues will also be in the Student Opportunity Hub on the Ground floor of Senate House between Monday 26-Friday 30 September 2022 between 9:15-15:30 on these dates to sign your arrival forms in person. If you require a signature on your certificate of arrival, please ensure that you have fully enrolled, and bring your Warwick student ID card with you.
