Hardship Fund - Appointment Availability Form

To submit this application, you will need to be logged into your University account. You must have also been invited to apply to the Hardship Fund following a triage appointment with one of our Student Funding Advisers. If you have not undergone a triage appointment, please complete an Expression of Interest FormLink opens in a new window in the first instance.

Please use this form to indicate your preference for the day and time slot of your Hardship Fund appointment. Please note that although we will take your preferences into consideration, we cannot guarantee that your appointment will be within your preferred time slot.

Which Hardship Fund have you submitted an application for? (required)

Once we have processed your appointment availability form, you will receive a confirmation email, with information on the date and time your appointment has been booked for, to your University email account. You will also receive a Microsoft Teams invite to your University email account, to be used on the day of your appointment.

Please note, we cannot process applications or conduct appointments on non-working days (e.g. weekends, bank holidays, Christmas shutdown etc). Appointments are usually allocated between 09:30am and 16:00pm, but this can vary depending on the day of the week.

If you are unable to make the appointment slot allocated to you, please email us as soon as possible at studentfunding@warwick.ac.uk so that we can arrange a new appointment time for you and offer the original appointment time to another student.
