Hardship Fund – WHF - Post-Triage

Warwick Hardship Fund
Post-Triage Information
The Warwick Hardship Fund (WHF) is a fund of last resort and is intended to provide discretionary, non-repayable financial help to those in an unexpected short-term emergency that causes difficulty in meeting essential living costs and some course-related costs. Please note this fund is for Home students, if you are an International or EU student please see the International Student Emergency Fund page.
How do I apply?
Your invitation to apply to the WHF is only valid for 4 weeks from the day you receive this via email. Any submissions made after this 4-week deadline will be rejected as you must attend another triage meeting. If you are a final year student, then your date of submission must not be within 5 weeks of your course end date.
Applications to the WHF are made via an online form. You will need to be logged into your University account whilst completing the form to be able to submit. You will be able to save the application and return to it at a later date if required.

How do I submit my evidence?
When you complete your online application you need to upload your evidence at the end of the form.
There is a list of possible evidence needed at the end of the application form. However, if you want to prepare these beforehand then please visit our Evidence ChecklistLink opens in a new window webpage for a comprehensive list. In addition, at your Triage appointment, the Student Funding Adviser may ask you to provide evidence about your specific circumstances which isn't on the the Evidence ChecklistLink opens in a new window.
