|Who is it for?||
This session is for students at all levels, both new and returning. It is for those who would like some additional support during this period of change, by learning strategies and advice on how to best look after themselves during this time.
You are not expected or required to share any information you are not comfortable with sharing in the group. You can share as much or as little as you like.
The first half of the session will focus on the impact of this transitionary period on our overall wellbeing, emotional and mental health:
The second half focuses on the practical elements of this year and how you can best prepare and look after yourself:
