Who is it for?

This skills session is for individuals who struggle with procrastination and productivity and would like to explore why and how they procrastinate, with the aim of developing strategies to improve their motivation and productivity.

You are not expected or required to share any information you are not comfortable with sharing in the group. You can share as much or as little as you like.

What will I get out of this?

The aim of this skills session is to give you an insight into your procrastination – why you procrastinate, how you procrastinate and what you could do differently in order to manage your procrastination. By the end of the skills session, you will have had the opportunity to identify a specific goal to work towards and well as consider any additional support that you may want to access.
