Taking things in your stride

Who is it for?

This session is for students who have experienced stress or anxiety. If you want to learn more about stress and anxiety and explore ways to cope with it, come and join the managing stress and anxiety skills session.

You are not expected or required to share any information you are not comfortable with sharing in the group. You can share as much or as little as you like.

What will I get out of this?
  • By increasing your knowledge about what stress and anxiety are, and the differences between them, it will be easier for you to understand your reactions to different situations. The skills session will help you to embrace positive stress in your life, look at strategies to help avoid excessive stress and anxiety as well as teaching you some coping strategies for when you do feel stressed or anxious.
