Sleep Better

Who is it for?

This skills session is for students who are experiencing problems with their sleep (sleeping too much, too little, or experiencing disrupted sleep). The session will help you to identify and understand your barriers to good sleep and explore practical strategies to help overcome them.

You are not expected or required to share any information you are not comfortable with sharing in the group. You can share as much or as little as you like.

What will I get out of this?

You will leave the session with an individualised sleep plan to help you to overcome your sleep barriers and improve your sleep regime.
