Work Life Balance

Who is it for?

This session is for students who struggle to strike the right balance between work and life outside of their work/studies. If you want to learn more about 'work life balance' and explore ways to achieve the right balance for you, come and join the Work Life Balance skills session.

Please note: The focus of this skills session is on 'wellbeing' as opposed to a similar skills session by Student Opportunity entitled 'Organising yourself and your time' which focuses more on 'time management'.

You are not expected or required to share any information you are not comfortable with sharing in the group. You can share as much or as little as you like.
