      <title>PreFIT exercises and hydrotherapy</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Q. Can participants do their exercises in water?&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;A. We have decided that doing them in the pool is an option if they are&lt;strong&gt; really struggling to do their exercises on land&lt;/strong&gt; or if they want to do them in the pool &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;as well&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/em&gt;as on land. And obviously it is good for them to swim &amp;amp; keep active so would say yes if it means they are doing something rather than nothing.&lt;/p&gt;
