We have produced a check list of medications which you can use to guide. We ask you to compare the list of medications that the participants are on against this laminated list. It has been produced using the online British National Formulary (April 2013). These checklists will be given to you at your MFFP training.

We would like to thank the South Warwickshire Falls Team (Mr Harm Gordjin) for providing us with a template list.
