      <description>&lt;p&gt;Telephone the participant to find out why they have not attended and try to re-book another appointment if they are still interested in taking part.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you are unable to contact them after 3 different attempts or they do not attend for 3 re-arranged appointments, then they should be withdrawn from treatment.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
