      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Update:&lt;/strong&gt; Warwick introduced a Moodle service in October 2012.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What is Moodle?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Brief overview of WMS Masters &amp;amp; CPD Moodle support is available at &lt;a href="http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/med/study/cpd/current/moodle/" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/med/study/cpd/current/moodle/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;I'm currently setting up meetings with Course Directors to explore potential benefits for each programme and review any specific requirements for 2013-14 implementation.&amp;nbsp; If you are interested in finding out more, whether Course Director or Module Leader, please don't hesitate to contact me.&lt;/p&gt;

A proposal for the Implementation of an advanced Virtual Learning Environment has been considered and approved by the e-Learning Steering Group.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;IT Services are undertaking an investigation into Virtual Learning Environments. Running from September 2011 -January 2012 this investigation will attempt to inform ITS of the relative advantages and disadvantages of adopting a VLE as part of ITS provision.&lt;/p&gt;
