02/07: Warwick Sustainability Forum (2 July 2026): Developing impact and building community

The Sustainability Spotlight with its all-year around thematic initiatives, and COLABs is gearing for their annual spotlight event - the Warwick Sustainability Forum - bringing all trans/interdisciplinary work on the road, to shape our plans for the next academic year 2026/27. Led by IGSD, and working across all schools and interdisicplinary centres, the WSF will bring together the ECR group projects' results co-produced with local communities and councils; three thematic initiatives - Circular Economy; Sustainable Foods and Radical Imaginaries/Radical Transformations - to discuss results and plans forwards - concluding with a higher-level panel on the BIG FUTURE ISSUES for Sustainability and ways of working better together. In partnership with NOVA University in Portugal, IGSD is organising an EUTOPIA Training School at the Arrábida Natural Park, 40 km south of Lisbon, Portugal (at the Convent of Arrábida: https://www.foriente.pt/a-fundacao/convento-arrabida, within a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve: https://arrabida.amrs.pt/).
