New funding for breast cancer project from the Warwick Innovation Fund!

Thanks to the Warwick Innovation Fund and as part of the Warwick Cancer Research Centre, we will be able to characterise the impact of circadian disruption in breast cancer.

In collaboration with our clinical colleagues, we will investigate the status of the circadian clock in breast cancer tumours and then test what functional consequences can be observed with a disrupted cellular clock. Our goal will be to establish biomarkers for clock disruption on the cellular level and allow to stratify patient populations for, ultimately, tailoring treatments to individual breast cancer patients.

Thank you to all who donated for helping us to start this project!
