Expert Comment: Today’s experience impacts how we feel about last night’s sleep quality

New research from the University of Warwick suggests that how well we think we slept is not only determined throughout the night but also throughout the following day. Findings show that the activities we engage in help us define how well we slept the night before, and that our judgement can change as new information becomes available.

We are proud to announce that our new degree in Economics, Psychology and Philosophy will launch in 2020/21 and is now accepting applications.

Studying Economics, Psychology and Philosophy (EPP) offers a unique opportunity to study at the intersection of three interconnected subjects. Students will consider the cognitive and contextual factors that shape people’s decision-making, how we can help people make better decisions, and what is involved in groups of people making decisions.
