      <title>Careers Coaching Conference at UEL, 17 May 2011</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;This one day conference on Career Coaching will focus on coaching tools as they apply to career decision making and on how these techniques can be applied in your professional practice. Differences between careers guidance and career coaching and how careers coaching may offer a valuable additional professional skill set wil be explored. Speakers include Professor Rachel Mulvey, a government adviser on careers policy and Dr Jonathan Passmore, author and one of the UK&amp;rsquo;s leading coaching psychologists. The programme includes specialist workshops on motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural coaching and the GROW model for careers.
