      <title>COPR Final Report on Public Confidence and Crime Reduction</title>

&lt;p&gt;The project was completed in co-operation with West Mercia Police and assessed a field trial involving over 20,000 households in the Telford area. &lt;i&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;sub&gt;&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
