The aim was to learn more about the profiles and experiences of victims, the adequacy of service responses during their lives and after their deaths, and the ways in which DHRs are commissioned and conducted in suicide cases.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;In the new report, the Commission calls on the UK Government to support climate action through its trade policies. The House of Commons saw experts and policymakers meet on Wednesday 14 December 2022 to discuss the newly published inaugural report.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
