      <description>&lt;p&gt;At its meeting held on 11 February 2014, the Assembly resolved that the proposed amendments to the Standing Orders of the Assembly be approved so as to remove the use of gendered language and to update the wording to reflect changes to role titles and the use of web-based communications.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Amendments to the University Charter and Statutes</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;The University submitted a request to the Privy Council to make revisions to its Charter and Statutes , including the abolition of the Court. &amp;nbsp;The Privy Council with the Queen in session granted final approval the proposed amendments on 15 October 2009 and these have been implemented in the online version of the Calendar. The necessary revisions to Ordinances and Regulations to reflect provision within the&amp;nbsp;revised&amp;nbsp;Charter and Statutes are being considered.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
