Library Search Links error message "Header too large"

Some users have reported issues when trying to access eResources from Library Search. Users are accessing links on Library Search but are presented with a 400 error message, stating that the Header is too large. We are very sorry about if you have experienced this issue. The service provider has been contacted and we hope to get a solution soon. In the meantime there are some workarounds that are working in most cases.

Some quick solutions include clearing cookies, using a private browser session to access material, or to access the material from the Classic Catalogue.

Please open this post to see details on workarounds.
