29 November 2022

Marina Vicini, a 2022 DSSGx UK fellow continued to contribute to the UNICEF / Save the Children project after completed the summer programme. She says:

"After DSSG ended, I continued working with Save the Children to deepen the understanding in the methodology and expand the project. Building on the incredible work done over the summer, I was able to obtain child poverty predictions for all sub-Saharan countries.

I'm really grateful for this opportunity and all that it taught me as a Data Scientist and as a person."
