Dr Christine Harrison, who has co-ordinated and taught child care and child protection social work for the last 25 years, will join other key speakers at the event organised by non-governmental women&#8217;s empowerment organisation, Power to Choose together with the Nchekwa Oha Advocay Foundation.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;The event was held to celebrate International Women's Week and focused upon the networks of support that exist in the City of Coventry and how they can work to empower and enable those affected.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

The topic for discussion was Dr. Dolan's research with a 'Dad's Only' Parenting Project exploring how learning to be a good father can clash with ideals of masculinity as well as traditional notions of fathering.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
