 arch organisation during the fellowship. They must be early-career resea
 rchers who do not have a permanent academic position. Those who currentl

 ther than universities are not eligible. Fellows must spend around 70 pe
 r cent of their time on their research programme\, and the rest on commu
 nity use and impact. Fellowships are open to applicants of any nationali
