This skills session is for individuals who struggle with procrastination and productivity and would like to explore why and how they procrastinate, with the aim of developing strategies to improve their motivation and productivity.

You are not expected or required to share any information you are not comfortable with sharing in the group. You can share as much or as little as you like.

Post Graduate Taught (PGT) Wellbeing Masterclasses

This masterclass is aimed at Post Graduate Taught (PGT) students to provide a snapshot of strategies and tips that you can use to look after your wellbeing.

The session is designed to address some of the challenges that may arise during your Post Graduate course, such as completing commitments, intense workload and maintaining motivation. By offering strategies that focus on creating a balance that works for you, it presents a range of practical tools and resources that you can use to remain motivated, productive and help you to manage demands.
