It's easy to send in your recordings:

1. Upload your video(s) to Files at Warwick
2. Send them with a short description to us at internalcomms@warwick.ac.uk
3. Deadline Wednesday 3rd March 2021

We will be in touch to confirm that we've received your video/photos. We will then edit them and showcase the video at the beginning of Green Week.

Mindfulness practice is one of the 5 ways to wellbeing recommended by the NHS. Doing regular mindfulness exercises can help manage daily stress and has impact areas of the brain related to memory retrieval, decision making, and outward attention.

Our free weekly workshops are a great way to try different mindfulness techniques if you are a beginner, and find dedicated space and time for regular practice. Join us online in the Events channel in Library Online Lounge (make sure to sign in MS Teams with your Warwick Account).

Want to make an Impact? This exciting enterprise competition will help you create impactful ideas/solutions to real-life issues, along with offering a bespoke package (including potential funding) to support you at the start and during your entrepreneurial journey. Warwick Enterprise is hosting an Ingenuity Information Event at 4 - 4.30 pm on Wednesday 24 February.

This masterclass is aimed at Post Graduate Research (PGR) students to provide a snapshot of strategies and tips that you can use to look after your wellbeing.

We understand that as a PGR student you may be faced with challenges throughout your course both academically and personally; juggling study with work or family commitments, stress surrounding future career choices or pressures of a financial nature for example.

The session will provide you with advice on how to manage some of these and other challenges that may arise during your Post Graduate course. You will come away with a range of practical tools and resources that you can use to remain motivated, productive and that can help you to manage competing demands.
