Managing Stress and Anxiety (register by 29 May)

Studying at University can be an exciting, engaging, and fun time. It can also feel quite daunting and there may be challenges that arise. Wellbeing Support Services recognise this, and therefore have developed the Steps to Wellbeing Programme to assist you to focus on your individual wellbeing needs whilst studying and beyond.

Some top tips you'll gain from the programme: how to boost your mood, the foundations of wellbeing, sleep, the productivity matrix, and the five senses.

Run Talk Run
Outside the front of Warwick Sports & Wellness Hub

A weekly 3-5k jog/run around the campus, as a part of the Run Talk Run initiative to make both movement and mental health support less intimidating, and more accessible.
