Our expectations of this academic year will likely have been different to the current reality. However, there are still positive steps we can take to help manage this change and look after ourselves in the process, and there are still lots of opportunities available to make the most of. The Managing Change Masterclass provides a brief overview of these strategies and the steps you can take to make the most of your time whilst looking after your wellbeing.
