Request a certificate of completion / HEAR record

Important
Please note that certificates are processed (PG students) on a termly-basis only. HEAR remarks (UG and exchange students) are added at the end of the academic year.

You must have completed the programme and submitted the below form by Friday of the last teaching week of the term in question in order for your request to be processed that term. If you have done this, and provided you have completed all stages of the programme, your certificate (PG students only) will be issued in PDF format within 10 working days of the end of term. If you are a UG student, remarks will be added to your HEAR at the end of that academic year, and you can expect to see these around mid-August.

Please ensure you have completed all parts of the programme before requesting a certificate. This will be checked before any certification is issued, and if you have not completed the programme, your request will not be processed until the end of the following term.

Please ensure you have completed all of the following before requesting a certificate:

Please note: if you have not completed all of the above when your request is processed, your request for a certificate will be refused, and you will be asked to fill out the form again once you have completed the programme. Your request will not be processed again until the end of the following term. If you are a UG student and you miss the deadline at the end of term 3, your request will not be processed again until the end of the following academic year.

Please be advised that valid requests for certificates (PG students only) submitted now will be processed at the end of Term 2 2018/19 (April 2019) , and remarks will not show on HEARs until mid-August 2019.
