When you arrive
If you’re living in University accommodation, go to your key collection point. Road signs will direct you. See arriving for more information
Collect your Warwick ID Card
Complete your immigration checks in Panorama Room, Rootes Building – international students only
If required, collect your Student Status letter from the marquee behind Senate House
Visit the welcome point for students and families in The Oculus; attend a student panel event at 1.30pm or 4pm on either day and have your photo taken in our photo booth
Visit the Freshers’ Fair at the Students’ Union
Attend your kitchen meeting

Attend the Vice-Chancellor’s Welcome Event – 9am, Monday 2 October, Butterworth Hall
