Warwick Presents... is a collaborative programme and we aim to showcase all of the fantastic extra-curricular activity available at Warwick. Whether your event has been made possible thanks to the CAP funding pot, or whether you just want some help promoting your activity, we are happy to promote everything that fits the Warwick Presents ethos of fun for all.

In order for us to include your event on the website, please complete the form below a minimum of 7 days prior to your event.

Please provide a brief description of your event, as you would like it to appear on the Warwick Presents.. website. The team may amend your copy for length, clarity or to engage with the audience. We recommend between 20 – 100 words, you do not need to include the date or time as this is covered underneath.

Do you have an image that you want to include? The typical dimensions of images on the Warwick Presents homepage are 320w x 215h, if your image does not fit these dimensions the team will crop to fit. If you do not have an image, the team will source one for you.
