The Student Administration Assistants assist the Student Administration Coordinators by providing general administrative support and meticulous data entry. They are responsible for extension requests, ensuring registers are up-to-date, ad-hoc room bookings, the allocation of Personal Tutors, producing certificates, organising student surveys, and a range of other duties. The Student Administration Assistants also answer general queries from current and past students.
Mark Ward is one of two Student Administration Assistants in the Centre for Lifelong Learning. Mark has held a number of customer-focussed support and technical roles within the University. Prior to this he worked as an Advisor within Local Authority.
