Doing the degree at Warwick gave me confidence in myself, my opinions and my abilities

Recently we caught up with Charlotte Lewis. Charlotte completed her degree in Health and Social Policy with CLL. She now works for the Coventry Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre (CRASAC) as an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) but is based on campus at Warwick. You can read our interview with her here.

Congratulations to the Class of 2019!

Graduation is a special time for our CLL students. For many, it can be a goal that they previously would have never imagined. For some, it is an achievement that at times, seemed out of reach.


Early Years team attended the Exhibition of Childhood

The Early Years team went on a guided tour of an exhibition of childhood at Compton Verney. The exhibition addressed a range of themes including royalty, play, learning, dreams, families, animals and nature. This was an opportunity to view and reflect on a selection of portraits and scenes with children as the main subject.


My Journey to a PhD - Catching up with Jon Winfield

Jon started studying BA (Hons) Health and Social Policy on our 2+2 Degree Pathway with Partner College, North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College in 2014. Graduating last year from the Centre for Lifelong Learning, Jon was offered a scholarship to study a Masters in Social Research and has recently been offered a funded PhD. We caught up with Jon to see how he is feeling about his recent PhD offer.

Association for Academic Outreach Conference 2019 to be held at Warwick this April

Dr. Anil Awesti, Senior Teaching Fellow and Tutor and Jim Judges, Senior Academic Technologist will be reflecting on two examples of the Centre for Lifelong Learning outreach activities at the Association for Academic Outreach 2019 Annual Conference on 27 April 2019.
