How to re-order the elements

To change the order of the elements quickly, go to Re-order the elements under the Modify the form function. The elements can be dragged and dropped into the right order. It doesn't matter if the elements have been numbered and are out of synch, as this numbering is not visible to learners. Save changes and click Done to publish the page.

How to manage the form

To set the parameters of how this form is used, go to Form properties, also found under the Modify the form function. Select all of the options that apply. You need to consider how you wish to be notified that the form has been completed and also what acknowledgement the user of the form receives. Select Publish and Done.

How to view learner submissions

To view who has submitted the form, and their responses, go to View recent submissions for this form at the bottom of the page.

Use the date filter if this form has been open for a long time. To view the submissions for a large group (e.g. over 20), select the View summary viewing option, which will place it in a table, or select the Download submissions to a CSV (Excel spreadsheet) for monitoring purposes.

Activity

1. Re-order the elements on your page.

2. Add a response email that your user will receive after submitting the form.

3. Submit a couple of test entries and then look at the recent submissions for the form.
