Choosing Elements

Once you have decided what information you want to gather, then choose the most appropriate element. You can choose from 9 text box options and 6 user-choice options. The latter are demonstrated in the PowerPoint presentation below. You can also use a text box to ask for more general information.

Although the Field name can be Q1, Q2 etc, it is better to give them a more meaningful name so that if you re-order the questions you will know which one(s) you want to move.

Create some user-choice elements on your Form page.

Additional tip

When you have a pair of dropdown lists, insert the option first and then each additional choice indented with a space at the front of the line.
