CE 956 Research Project Forum Introduction for attendees at July 2014 workshop

  1. Welcome to this thread, for new registrants on the research project module who will be attending the workshops on Fri 4 July and Sat 5 July. This is the first workshop offered on this module for Career Development and Coaching Studies students, who will be joined by module particuipants on our other programmes, Career Education, Information and Guidance in Higher Education and the Management of Student Work Experience Phil McCash and Gill Frigerio are the module leaders at Warwick. One of our roles is to help participants design the research proposal and support the writing up process. We would also encourage the forum to be used to help individuals post ideas and contact each other. Please use the Reply button to introduce yourself to other module participants.   2. Hello All, I am on the PgDip CDCS programme and I'm looking forward to another two days of bending my brain around new and interesting topics on these two days. It will be good to catch up with everyone and meet new people. Regards Kate

  4. Hi All I am on the CDCS MA programme and this will be my fourth module and workshop. Looking forward to this as I have yet to undertake a research project so this should provide a great opportunity to learn. Will be interesting to meet other students with an Education background, as I come from a more corporate environment. See you on Friday! Tom

  12. Hi Everyone I want to say thanks to one and all for making the two day workshop so interesting and valuable. It really made me think and hopefully we can help one another through the forum to thrash out ideas. Special thanks to Gill and Phil for making what could be dry subject so stimulating. My first job is to try to decide on which one of my 8 ideas to follow up! As well as Phil's help with my choice, I might want some info from the rest of you on practice in your institutions, so hope that is OK. Best wishes Jane
