This page gathers together material from the HEA funded 'Career Adaptability in Practice' project.
In 2014, the Higher Education Academy funded a group of practitioners and researchers to pilot the use of the Career Adapt-Ability Concepts and the CAAI-UK inventory in diverse higher education settings. The final report of the pilots projects has now been published and is available from the HEA website. Click here to download as a pdf.
Presentations about the project are available on the right of the page. Click on the image to open the presentation.
A Forum is provided for anyone interested in using the concepts of Career Adapt-abilities and/or the CAAI-UK instrument in their career development practice. This will be a space for us to share experience, seek support from one another and develop our collective understanding.
