Using LMI in practice

I have identied three aspects to the use of LMI in career development and coaching practice:

  1. How do clients make sense of the information they take in about the labour market and how it operates?
  2. How do practitioners manage and update their own labour market information?
  3. How do practitioners mediate LMI with clients, through group work or coaching, and assist them in making sense of the available information?

As a basis for this section, we have reached an agreement with Warwick's Institute for Employment Research for students on this module to have access to their 'LMI Online Learning module'.
