CASE STUDIES (2500 words each; 100% weighting)
Select two* areas of career information provision. One must be an area that you have recently redesigned following attendance on the Managing Information Staff and Career Information Strategy courses. This could include but is not confined to: change in the management of the information team; a redesigned information strategy; a career information interview; a career information group work; a non-mediated usage of the career information room; a usage of an online service such as a visit to a page of occupational profiles or a designed virtual learning experience.
Select any two career information learning theories to design methods of evaluating these areas in terms of the user’s career information learning.
Undertake the evaluation.
Make recommendations grounded in this evaluation regarding the future evolution of the information provision.
* If you have already completed the assignment for Working in Information, then you only need select one area that you have recently redesigned following attendance on the Managing Information Staff and Career Information Strategy courses.
