WHAT IS A TEAM?
One of the reasons why some people believe that individual performance management systems are flawed is because so much work is carried out in teams, and some systems do attempt to reward team performance, but this can cause problems when the team membership has not been constant throughout a project or when team members’ contributions have been unequal.
