Bringing Finance and HR Together

Research undertaken by the Chartered Institute of Financial Accounting and published in 2009 concluded that “closer cooperation between HR and finance departments in areas such as bonus schemes and training has been found to improve organisational performance” (People Management, 27 August 2009).
