Drawing on your school or college's own assessment against the Gatsby benchmarks you will use the course content and labour market information to shape your own careers programme.

The course offers you the opportunity to study entirely self-directed and all content is delivered and available online. The course and assignment are designed to be completed in a minimum of 15 weeks but can be completed more flexibly.
The cohorts run in December, February, April and June each year.
You will be given a submission date for the assignment when you start the course. You will complete one written assignment at the end. This will ask you to consider the implications of your organisation’s context and learner profile for your career learning strategy; your plan for meeting the benchmarks; and to critically appraise your style and approach to careers leadership.
