WMCOP Bulletin October 2009

Welcome to the October edition of our Community of Practitioners' Bulletin - your link to what's happening in Teacher Education in the Lifelong Learning Sector.

Things are quiet this month as we settle into the new academic year though 16-19, Apprenticeships, IAG and the individual learner are themes throughout.   The document for discussion is 'Towards Ambition 2020: skills, jobs, growth' a report published by UKCES - see 'articles' below.  Your comments would be welcome on all the issues raised.

We'd like to hear your views and any recommendations you have on articles, books or useful websites you've discovered so email us at and share your ideas.
