What happened? What went well? What didn’t go so well?

What could I do to improve?

How can I do this and what support do I need?

 It is useful to ask yourself these questions after each encounter with your mentee. It is also useful to seek feedback from your mentee as appropriate. You will of course also pick up a great deal from observing your mentee. What does their body language indicate? What messages do you receive from their voice tone?
