"I have studied mindfulness at the Centre for Lifelong Learning for three years. The strategies and skills developed on the courses have really helped me to deal with stressful situations I have encountered at work in a much calmer and more reflective way. The course content is also very interesting and the tutor Dean is both very knowledgeable and approachable – I would highly recommend the courses."
