Useful Application Information

You have taken the very first steps and are on your way to becoming a student at University of Warwick. Your mind will be teeming with questions and this page is designed to answer some of them and help in the decision making process.

Firstly there is the question of finance. For many, this currently entails completing the online form with Student Finance England . You can also speak to the University’s Finance Department as they can discuss your personal circumstances and give you guidance about any other financial help you may be eligible for.

You may also need to provide references as part of your application. The following documents are designed to help you choose a suitable referee, and also provide them with the help they need to write you a reference.

Then there is the question of potential careers once you have graduated. You can have a look at our careers pages . Once you become a student you will have access to all of the help and advice they offer. It is worth remembering that around 70% of graduate jobs are not course specific. (source: Warwick Careers)

Take a look at some of our videos and blogs. These include some stories from Alumni (past students) who have now moved into employment or even gone on to further study. You will also find videos of students who are doing the course you are interested in. These can be very helpful when making a decision about whether a chosen subject is the right one for you.
