ITT Current Trainees Resources

The Warwick Initial Teacher Training Partnership Programme creates inspiring and stimulating learning environments enriched with support and encouragement which lead to high academic standards and high expectations of best teaching practice across the full range of contexts found in Lifelong Learning.

We supportively challenge trainees to take risks, be innovative, and critically reflect on, evaluate and develop their practice (including the use of technology) so that they become good or outstanding teachers, and are fully able to develop the potential, skills and knowledge of their learners across a range of FE providers including those who may be in challenging socio-economic situations. The partnership is ambitious and committed to nurturing an ethos of continuous improvement and innovative development, informed by all stakeholders in the programme, which sustains high quality provision and outcomes for trainees.
