Digital Skills Mentoring

Need help using technology?

If you are a CLL student* and need help with any aspect of using technology including basic computer skills, searching for information, producing a presentation or using word processing software etc. then help is on hand and only a click away. We have recruited a small number of part-time Student Digital Skills Mentors who are available to help.

Book a Support Session

If you would like to request help please contact Jim Judges (CLL eLearning Manager) to arrange a personal 1:1 session:

Phone: 024 7657 4385
Office: CLL 1.6

Your application will be handled in confidence and we will do our best to pair you with an appropriate Student Digital Skills Mentor. Alternatively you can book a session directly with one of the CLL Digital Skills Mentors:

Jon Winfield:

Sue Adcock:

Carol Leach

All support will usually be provided by fellow CLL students who are acting as part-time Digital Skills Mentors.
If you need any further information please contact Jim Judges using the contact details above.
*Where possible this support should be available to students on CLL programmes at partner colleges. If you are based at a partner college and need help please get in touch and we will help if we can.
