Emma came across the CLL almost by accident and is now in the final year of her degree after studying part-time for 6 years. Returning as a mature student, she says she "felt so glad I took that giant leap of faith."

Emma left school with a few qualifications and did not believe she was academically minded, but she felt that the challenge to study at the University of Warwick was a challenge which should not be missed.

"I felt very brave. I have found it challenging but I would encourage anyone to do it. Warwick University has great facilities and support for students of all ages and disciplines which I look forward to sharing with all those I meet."
